Jasmine graduated as an Occupational Therapist from the University of South Australia in 2016. Jasmine had always known she wanted to help people, and has a particular passion for working with children and assisting them to grow to reach their highest potential. Jasmine enjoys traveling, exploring, being creative and making people smile. Before commencing University studies, Jasmine took some time off to travel overseas throughout South East Asia, and also midway through her degree, when she spent a year living in England volunteering and exploring. During her studies, Jasmine worked as an OT assistant at a private paediatric clinic, and volunteered at Lolly Jar Circus. Jasmine was lucky enough to combine her love for travel and working with children in her final year of study, where she travelled to Cambodia to complete a paediatric placement, supporting children with disabilities and their families. Other placements included a community development placement at Headspace in Port Augusta, and a clinical placement at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre in the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit. Jasmine also works as an Aqua Therapist for the Rapidswim Program through Inclusive Sports SA, providing a 1:1 therapy session for children and adolescents in a hydrotherapy pool.
